AgileOR is a privately held company, founded in September 2012 in Houston, Texas, with the focus of developing next-generation EMR (Electronic Medical Records) & AIMS (Anesthesia Information Management Systems) web applications uniquely designed for the needs of anesthesiologists, anesthetists, in addition to other medical practitioners.
Background & Experience
Over 30 years of hands-on experience working directly with diversified healthcare ventures, with critical work experience in problem solving, strategy development, product development, and C-level management for early stage and growth phase healthcare businesses.
Previous Products in the Market
We have founded, managed, and took public a leading biologics company that, through a recent merger, became one of the world’s largest suppliers of surgical tissue grafts. This company, Biodynamics International, Inc., formerly listed on NASDAQ, was later renamed Tutogen Medical, Inc. (AMEX-TTG). TTG later merged with Regeneration Technologies, Inc. of Florida in 2008.
Additionally, founded and directed the development of a pioneering healthcare IT company, Prognosis Solutions (PSI), which developed a leading patient satisfaction software program. In 2005, PSI spun off into Prognosis Health Information Systems (PHIS), developer of one of the first six certified in-patient EMR/EHR programs (November 2007–CCHIT).
