Weldon Guest, MD
President and CEO of AgileOR, LLC, Developer of OpConnex
Dr. Guest is a physician businessman with extensive background in diversified healthcare ventures and has accumulated over 30 years of work experience in problem solving, strategy development, product development, and C-level management for early stage and growth phase healthcare businesses. Dr. Guest founded, managed, and took public (NASDAQ) a leading biologics company that, through a recent merger, became one of the world’s largest suppliers of surgical tissue grafts. His company, Biodynamics International, Inc., formerly listed on NASDAQ, was later renamed Tutogen Medical, Inc. (AMEX-TTG). TTG merged with Regeneration Technologies, Inc. (Florida) in 2008. He founded and directed the development of the pioneering healthcare IT company, Prognosis Solutions (PSI), which developed a leading patient satisfaction software program. In 2005, PSI spun off Prognosis Health Information Systems (PHIS), developer of one of the first six certified in-patient EMR/EHR programs (November 2007–CCHIT).
Tony G. Kim, MD

Dr. Kim has accumulated extensive experience over the past six years in information technology as it applies to Anesthesiology and Operating Suite Management systems. He is currently EPIC Clinical Content Expert for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital (SLEH), TMC, Houston; EPIC Super-user and Clinical Content Expert, Texas Children’s Hospital Pavilion for Women; and a Member of the Information Technology Subcommittee, Paragon Healthcare Management Group, LLC. Dr. Kim’s clinical and administrative experience encompasses roles as the previous Chief of Anesthesiology, St. Luke’s Woodlands Community Medical Center, The Woodlands, TX; Attending Anesthesiologist, Greater Houston Anesthesiology (GHA), SLEH, Houston, TX; Chairman, Anesthesia Peer Review Committee, SLEH; Co-chair, SLEH Surgical Care Improvement Project Committee, SLEH; Member, Clinical Quality Improvement Committee, GHA; Member, Intensive Care Committee, SLEH; Board Member, GHA, PA; and Representative-at-large, Executive Committee, Houston Anesthesia Division, GHA. His educational background includes a BS degree from Stanford University; MD degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School; Residency at The New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Medical College of Cornell University, New York, NY; board certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology, and a certificate from the Anesthesiology Business Group Program from the Wharton School of Business at the Univ. of Pennsylvania.
Norbert Topf, MD, PhD

Dr. Topf has extensive clinical experience with several complete perioperative management solutions. He is currently Physician Champion EPIC/Clinical Informatics for Presbyterian Health System Albuquerque, NM. He is EPIC certified for “EPIC Anesthesia” and “Inpatient Procedure Orders”. Other experience includes the role of Coordinator and Liaison for PICIS, Presbyterian Health System (2007–present); Consultant for PICIS Anesthesia Manager Adoption Program, Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), New York, NY; Physician Adoption Consultant for PICIS (2011–present); Consultant for PICIS Anesthesia Manager Adoption Program (2010–present) St. Josephs Health System, Orange County, CA; implementation of Anesthesia Manager at 10 other Hospital locations; participation in system wide creation and implementation of unified anesthetic record; and Sales Consultant for PICIS Total Perioperative Solution (2010–2012). Dr. Topf’s clinical and administrative experience includes his current position as Vice President and shareholder, Anesthesia Associates of New Mexico; formerly, Assistant Attending Anesthesiologist, Department Anesthesiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Medical College of Cornell University; and his academic position of Assistant Professor, Department Anesthesiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Free University of Berlin, Germany; an M.D. degree from Ludwig Maximilian University Munich, Germany. He completed training in Internal Medicine at the University Hospital Bochum, Bochum, Germany prior to completing an Anesthesiology Residency and Neuroanesthesia Fellowship in the Department of Anesthesiology, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, New York.
